The Salt House

The Salt House sits right in the heart of beautiful New Hope, Pennsylvania, whipping up seasonal dishes with local ingredients. You could say it’s like “creative and elevated pub grub served in a 1751 stone building straight out of a fairytale.” Grab lunch, dinner, or a late-night bite by the fire in the tavern, chill in the upstairs library lounge, or dine alfresco on the brick patio. Owner and Executive Chef Steven Lau put down roots in scenic Bucks County after globetrotting as a recording artist and bigwig at Warner Brothers. He then shook things up by attending the Culinary Institute of America and kicking off an award-winning winery in Napa Valley.
