The Gaythering Hotel in South Beach is about to celebrate their first anniversary. I recently had the pleasure of going down to The Gaythering Hotel in South Beach to meet with the owners, Alex Guerra and Stephan Ginez, and the General Manager, Matt Downey. Not only did they give me a tour of the entire property, which is quite beautiful, but I also got a behind-the-scenes look at how The Gaythering was created, what happens currently, and what the future holds for this fabulous gay South Beach hotel.
