Great music venue in a great town. You can see national acts to local acts. Plenty of world famous acts have came through the pony. Inside is small and intimate.. outside is open with a great set up. Sound is always good. If you enjoy live music this is a must go/bucket list place.

Nice medium sized venue, known as the place Bruce Springsteen made famous. It is right in the heart of the Asbury Park boardwalk, so lots to do before and after concert. You can also hang out outside the venue and listen for free when they are playing on the summer stage.

Small dark and loud. It's still a great place to catch live music, but the bands are a bit over-the-hill. Great for the 40 and older crowd.

This place has become absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be open. I’ve seen the security team man handle people out the door at least once a night. The owner walks around looking like a complete bum and doesn’t care to help any situation. The people became very ratchet. The drag show became very short and uninteresting. A group of people were yelled at to be quite while sitting at the bar, I’m sorry but it’s a club not a library. On a another occasion the security guard got nasty with a customer because he dropped his drink on the dance floor. This place has all around changed and is not worth the money. I’m a busy night it’s maybe 50 people there. Do your self a favor and spend your money at porta, or Georgie’s the drinks are much better there anyway !!

Wow was not expecting this place to be so much fun. Huge dance floor that plays really good dance music. Awesome drag show that really does last only 15 minutes LOL and the bartender's were very friendly and fast considering the amount of people there. BRAVO 5 Stars ?

A great night spot or just superb for lounging out by the pool. Tea dance on Sunday is not to be missed durring the summer season.The room quality is just above poor and hardly fit for queens, but when all your packing in lube and a dance belt, who will really care what stain is on the comforter?

This club was fun but the security team is a disaster . I’ve never in a million years experienced such disrespect at any establishment. Do not go unless you’re ready to be man handled & physically throw out of the club for word play all because a team member cannot defuse a situation professionally . Lack of actual help from entire security team. Unprofessional and will disrespect you whether inside or outside of vicinity. Never going back!!!!!!! But I will make sure justice is served

It’s a great place to have fun...but the music on the dance floor is absolute trash. I don’t know what dj’s they have been hiring but they really need to seek other dj’s.

This place has one of the best atmosphere, environment and vibe all in one. It's my favorite place to be in Asbury. Highly recommended... Be forwarned do not wear boots, sandals, hats or tank tops. This place is on the more classier side (No Tea, No Shade)

The best #boardwalk bar in Asbury Park. Cannot beat the view. Eric and the rest of the staff are great people. Definitely a stop when you're down this way.

Great space with excellent ambiance. Fireplaces, sectional seats and a view of the ocean. The service was good in spite of the fact that it was crowded (shout out to Jessica)

I've been here a million times and I love georgies. For the first time in YEARS I went there tonight and felt very uncomfortable. I went to the bar, sat down right away and the bartenders completely dodged me a few times. They were too busy making conversation with people. I was in there for 30 minutes sitting at the bar waiting to get a drink and decided to leave after seeing them serve the same people again. Very disappointing.

Went here when i was on a visit to NJ and loved it, the drinks are awesome and the karaoke was a lot of fun. I'd recommend.

Georgies is going the way of most gay bars.. sad single women. No longer a gay bar - but it can be fun. If you like to shoot up in the bathroom- security will stand up for you
